Dealing with Difficult People and Managing Conflict
Duration : 1 day

All of us at some time in our lives have to face the challenge of interacting with people whose behaviour we find difficult to understand or deal with. This course will explore the reason for such behaviours and the various strategies that can be put into action in order to help us to overcome some of the challenges these situations present .
Developing Self-esteem through Assertiveness
Duration : 5x 2 hours
Dates :27th September, 4th, 11th 18th and 25th October
Time :6.30- 8.30

There are many times in our lives when we fell unhappy and ill at ease because other people in either our working lives or our circle of friends have treated us in such a way as to make us fell undervalued and sometimes a little undignified.
In this course we will explore a range of causes for this and learn some useful approaches to developing confidence through our own self-awareness, which will allow us to regain our self-esteem and in turn help us to rid ourselves of the anxiety which often arises as a result of low self- esteem .
